Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies?
No. Reha’s Cleaning Service provides all cleaning supplies and vacuums. If you have a preferred product you wish to provide please contact us with your special request and instructions.
Do you do windows?

Do you wash and fold laundry?
Yes we do. Please contact us for this request.
What do I do with my indoor pets?
We are a PET FRIENDLY cleaning company. It is our priority to safeguard and keep them in designated areas. However, if you have a large or aggressive dog, we ask that you please separate the dog from the housekeeper while cleaning.
Do you sub-contract your maids?
No. All housekeepers are full time employees of Reha’s cleaning service.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
We currently accept checks and cash payments.
How do you get in my home if I am not there?
Since every customer is different, we like to make those arrangements at the initial walk through.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment I’ve made?
We ask for 2 business days notice for cancellation or rescheduling any appointment.
Do I need to leave cleaning instructions for the housekeeper?
No, in fact we take care of all that for you. In your initial walk through, we will take notes with all important information regarding your home, pets and any requests you have.
We ask that you please update our office with any changes in your contact phone numbers, pets, alarm codes, etc.
